A 500 sqf café was developed for BSK in the Ferry building as a fast-casual iteration to serve customers and commuters in downtown SF. The cafe extends the themes developed for the Oakland restaurant, with white oak, black granite and olive green Heath tile as the material palette. Due to the small space and extensive equipment needs, the kitchen equipment and counters are organized and detailed to be visible to the customer, with BSK’s signature waffle production on display.
