Design Development - Construction (2013-2018)

Responsibilities

• Design and development of kitchen layouts, high end front of house finishes and millwork for 12 serveries and 30+ counter designs

• MEPF, kitchen equipment, vertical transport and structural coordination

• Extensive contractor coordination in BIM and on site

• Led design-assist effort on custom kitchen components, including factory quality control inspections

• Site supervision, observation reports, RFIs and submittals, client and contractor meetings

• Managed health department and related agency approvals process
